Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Senior Operations Support & Enablement Analyst in Oceanside, CA. You will partner with VP-level leadership to drive field operations support, enablement, and training across multiple sites, aligning processes and standards.

You will develop materials, playbooks, SOPs, and guides; support deployment of enterprise initiatives; and lead continuous improvement activities to boost workforce readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations enablement and training materials development.
