Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Engineering to lead a team of solutions architects for the Financial Services segment of our Regulated Industries Field Engineering group.

You will guide enterprise software, big data analytics, data engineering and AI initiatives across customers in the Northeast and Midwest. In this role you will hire, train, and scale the team, partner with Sales, and ensure customers achieve success with the Databricks Data + AI Platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the data space with a technical product (data warehousing, big data, ML, or generative AI).
• Proven experience building and leading technical pre-sales teams.
• Trusted advisor to technical executives guiding data infrastructure decisions.
• Experience leading architecture discussions, validations, and product demonstrations.
• Establishing partnerships with SI/ISV to accelerate client success.

Responsibilities
