Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Specialist Field Engineer - Compute Infrastructure to lead technical engagements with large customers, transforming data-center hardware into reliable compute for AI workloads. You will collaborate across hardware, firmware, and orchestration layers to deliver scalable HPC solutions.

You will apply deep Linux, networking, and GPU expertise to validate fabric and performance, drive queue-less deployment, and influence product direction through customer feedback and internal

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of proven experience in Cloud Infrastructure, HPC, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of bare-metal compute infrastructure and large-scale GPU clusters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring success with CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure.
• Own the technical path from facility design to validated, production-ready supercomputers.
• Lead bring-up and acceptance of new GPU clusters, including fabric validation and HPC performance testing.
• Define and operationalize models for managing customer bare-metal fleets at rack-level and above.
