Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Specialist Field Engineer for Networking to optimize GPU fabric, front-end network, and cross-data-center links for large AI workloads. You will partner with Networking product and engineering teams, learn from the field, and influence product direction while supporting customers in high-performance cloud environments.

You should have 7+ years building or operating large-scale networks, deep knowledge of BGP, VXLAN/EVPN, DNS, and Kubernetes networking, plus strong

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 7+ years building or operating large-scale networks.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, VXLAN/EVPN, DNS.
• Deep Kubernetes networking knowledge (CNIs e.g. Cilium/Calico).
• Experience with cloud connectivity: VPCs, peering, interconnects, VPNs (WireGuard/Tailscale).
• Ability to analyze packet captures and kernel routing tables.
• Ability to explain technical problems clearly to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design network architecture for complex customers (multi-cloud, multi-region, hybrid Kubernetes, bare metal, Direct Connect).
• Troubleshoot problems spanning multiple nodes and VPCs from Linux kernel to data-center fabric.
• Identify product gaps and work with engineering as part of Networking team.
• Lead customer technical overviews, PoCs, and workshops, with occasional travel.
