Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Specialist Field Engineer for Security to help customers design for isolation, identity, and compliance on large GPU clusters, from hardware to Kubernetes. You will work with product, engineering, and security teams to translate field learnings into new capabilities.

You will lead security reviews, architecture designs, and proofs of concept, with occasional travel, while ensuring robust security across the platform and customer environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building or securing large-scale infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes security including RBAC, admission policies and network policy.
• Solid working knowledge of identity with IdP to workload tracing.
• Hands-on experience with network isolation and zero-trust designs.
• Understanding of supply chain security, signing, provenance, SBOMs, and FIPS cryptography.

Responsibilities

• Design security architectures for complex customers including threat models.
• Trace isolation and identity issues across hardware, Linux, network and Kubernetes.
• Identify product gaps and collaborate with engineering to remediate.
• Lead customer security overviews, reviews, proofs of concept and workshops; travel may occur.
