Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Specialist Field Engineer - Compute Infrastructure to own the technical path for large customers from rack design to production-ready supercomputers. You will lead GPU cluster bring-up, validate InfiniBand/RoCE fabric, and drive HPC benchmarks while coordinating with Data Center Operations, Networking, and Product Engineering.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in Solutions Architect/Field Engineer roles in Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience with bare-metal compute and large-scale GPU clusters
• Strong Linux and networking expertise

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers and ensure success with CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure
• Own the technical path from facility design to validated, production-ready supercomputer
• Lead bring-up and acceptance of new GPU clusters and perform HPC benchmarking
• Define models for managing customer bare-metal fleets—BMaaS and self-service patterns
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations, Fleet Operations, Networking, and Product Engineering
• Advise on technical contract terms including SLAs and scope
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate value of solutions
• Drive technical leadership in customer meetings and workshops
• Act as a virtual member of Compute Infrastructure, Fleet Operations, and Networking teams
