Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior construction engineer to lead on-site execution for a major semiconductor plant project in New Albany, Ohio. You will oversee construction engineering, subcontracts, and liaison with design teams to ensure alignment with drawings and specs.

The role requires extensive experience in construction engineering, cost control, scheduling, and subcontract administration, with a focus on safety and process compliance across multi-discipline scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10–13 years of relevant construction engineering experience; or 14–17 years in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate constructability and design issues with engineering.
• Establish communications with Project Engineer on deliverables.
• Manage quantity take-off, cost reporting, and forecasting.
• Direct design of temporary facilities and interface with project controls.
• Oversee subcontractor activities to meet specs and materials delivery.
• Prepare subcontract and procurement requisitions and track progress.
