Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Construction Lead Electrical Field Engineer for its New Albany, OH project. Responsibilities include interpreting electrical drawings, installing and testing systems, and guiding field personnel to ensure conformance with design.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 8–14 years in electrical construction, with ES&H and zero-accident commitments emphasized throughout the program. Extensive coordination with engineers and vendors is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in construction and technical inspection of electrical/design in areas such as installation and testing of electrical systems, lighting systems, high voltage equipment, grounding, DCS systems, and cable pulling activities.
• Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety, and Health (ES&H) and a Zero Accident safety program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering on constructability and design issues relating to the electrical discipline, including installation and testing of electrical systems, lighting, high voltage equipment and grounding.
• Establish and maintain communications with the Project Engineer on deliverables and configuration management.
• Direct cost estimation, requisitions, and forecasting for electrical construction activities and equipment.
