Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced field supervisor to oversee planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a large semiconductor plant project in New Albany, Ohio. You will coordinate with supervisors and craft professionals to align work with schedules and safety standards.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, deep ES&H knowledge, and the ability to manage subcontractors, budgets, and timelines on complex fabrication and manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in large-scale industrial/M&T construction.
• Experience with electrical scopes and subcontract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and labor optimization for craft teams.
• Maintain 90-day and 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure safety, ES&H compliance and project standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, craft professionals, and unions.
