Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead a large industrial site in New Albany, OH. You will organize project construction activities, supervise craft personnel, and oversee field engineering, procurement, and contract administration to meet schedule and budget targets.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, client communication, and effective coordination with subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with large industrial project setup, system turnover and completion preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, data centers, or pharmaceuticals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct construction project activities and supervise craft personnel including client contact for field activities.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor contracts to ensure project success.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site and coordination with project teams.
• Coordinate client communications and contract development/negotiations with stakeholders.
