Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an experienced construction project supervisor to monitor subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a large, multi-stakeholder project in New Albany, Ohio. You will coordinate field supervision to ensure schedules and safety are met while guiding staffing and site operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 10–13 years of experience (or 14–17 years without a degree) and deep knowledge of EPC/EPCM programs, ASME NQA-1,

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or 14+ years without a degree.
Advanced knowledge of EPC projects, supervision, and safety programs.
Experience with ES&H and zero-accident safety culture.

Responsibilities

Monitor subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project.
Coordinate field supervision to align with schedules and safety requirements.
Approve layouts for temporary facilities and manage staffing per plan.
Ensure craft work meets quality and constructability standards.
Develop plans for turnovers and coordinate multiple craft disciplines.
Monitor progress, budgets, and resource utilization on site.
Maintain project schedules, cost targets, and site logistics.
