United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead Architectural Field Engineer to support civil and architectural scope for a major semiconductor plant in New Albany, Ohio. The role involves direct collaboration with superintendents, craft professionals, and subcontractors to ensure design integrity and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and 8–14 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of ACI codes, architectural systems, and field documentation to uphold

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8–14 years of relevant experience (or 12–14 years alternative).
• Deep understanding of architectural plans, elevations, specs, and code compliance.
• Experience with concrete operations, waterproofing, insulation, and finish treatments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering on constructability and design issues.
• Provide field engineering support to superintendents and subcontractors; verify materials and quality.
• Prepare quantity listings, material take-offs, and assist with design change coordination.
