Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior site supervisor for a large-scale industrial project in New Albany, OH. You will oversee planning, safety, quality, and technical activities across a complex program with multiple stakeholders, guiding supervisors and craft professionals to align with established schedules.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage safety programs, and ensure compliance with ES&H and quality standards on a fabrication-plant style project.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience in large-scale industrial or M&T construction projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
• Deep knowledge of ES&H requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cost, schedule, and optimization of craft labor and maintain 90-day and 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Inspect site for unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Coordinate safety training with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor.
• Champion the ZERO Accident Philosophy across the site.
• Ensure compliance with local and national safety codes and standards.
• Monitor craft activities for compliance with drawings, specs, and vendor requirements.
• Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for craft recruitment and training programs.
• Review craft time records using established automated tools.
• Oversee installation of materials/equipment per drawings and specs.
• Enforce field construction policies, procedures, and work rules.
