Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Field Enablement Analyst to design and deliver solution knowledge, playbooks and on-demand learning for our sales organization. You will enable the field with GTM content, AI-enabled training, and scalable e-learning through Seismic and Power Learning modules.

You will work autonomously across platforms, influence senior stakeholders, and help drive adoption metrics while partnering with Product Marketing and GTM teams in a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a relevant sales-facing role.
• Learning & Development, training delivery or coaching experience is a strong plus.
• Proven experience leading content management and content governance processes.
• Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships in a global matrix organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product information for a field audience.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technology and AI savvy, with confidence using AI daily across different platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own creation and maintenance of solution and product sales playbooks aligned to GTM messaging and launch timelines.
• Publish and maintain Power Learning modules and knowledge assessments via Seismic.
• Lead design of AI-enabled role-play scenarios to support seller readiness before client conversations.
• Translate GTM briefs into field-ready enablement programs with Product Marketing and GTM teams.
• Manage Seismic content and knowledge base; uphold governance standards for easy access.
