Job summary

FIS in Milwaukee seeks a Senior Field Enablement Analyst to join the GTM and Sales Enablement team. You will design and deliver solution knowledge, playbooks, and on-demand learning for the sales organization, leveraging Seismic and AI tools to accelerate content creation and seller readiness.

This role partners with Product Marketing and GTM stakeholders to translate briefs into field-ready programs, uphold content governance, and measure enablement impact across the field.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in sales enablement or related role with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience leading content management and governance.
• Ability to influence globally and partner with stakeholders.
• Strong written/verbal communication; able to simplify complex content.
• Technology and AI savvy, with daily use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own creation and maintenance of solution and product playbooks.
• Publish Power Learning modules and assessments for sellers via Seismic.
• Design AI-enabled role-play scenarios and practice content.
• Translate briefs into field-ready enablement programs with stakeholders.
• Manage Seismic content, governance standards, and knowledge base.
• Define enablement adoption metrics and report to leadership.
• Lead onboarding and first-year seller enablement programs.
• Create internal field communications and launch updates.
