Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned solution engineer to lead Enterprise-level enablement for AI-driven product developments. You will design hands-on enablement for SEs, FDEs, Professional Services, and Partners, and build scalable curricula and labs across regions.

You will define technical standards, collect field insights, and drive reusable references for product improvements. Travel as needed to support customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution engineering or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform and metadata.
• Experience building with AI coding agents.
• Experience enabling capability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own internal technical enablement and design hands-on labs.
• Build curriculum, certification path, office hours, labs and champions network.
• Set the technical standard and publish reference patterns.
• Build the reference library from field-identified best practices.
• Be the proof in the room during senior customer engagements.
• Close the loop with Product by reporting gaps and patterns.
• Scale through others by growing a network of technical leaders.
