Perk in North America seeks a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and regional pipeline growth. You’ll partner with sales and marketing, execute ABM, events and digital programs, and build a best-in-class regional marketing function.

You’ll be hands-on yet strategic, coach a small team, and align with European teams while owning the NAM field marketing strategy to accelerate growth in NA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in field marketing and demand generation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute NA field marketing strategy aligned with sales goals.
• Lead campaigns across digital, events, and ABM initiatives.
• Forecast pipeline and optimize ROI with regional SDR teams.
• Manage budgets and measure ROI from brand, demand and customer marketing.
• Collaborate with European teams to localize content and programs.
