Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field operations on hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects. You will guide Superintendents, Foremen, and crews, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive scheduling, and coordination with Project Managers and procurement, with travel up to 75% across North America.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of construction leadership experience.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Experience managing hyperscale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Ability to supervise large field crews and subcontractors.
• Strong scheduling and cost-control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct field construction activities for large-scale projects.
• Lead Superintendents, Foremen, and crews to meet safety and schedule goals.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor productivity and project performance metrics.
• Support project teams with planning, reviews, and turnover.
