Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field execution on hyperscale data center programs. You will direct Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure safe, efficient work that aligns with project schedules and customer expectations. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and a strong focus on meeting quality standards across complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of construction leadership experience on large-scale projects.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Experience supervising Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities across mission-critical and hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Supervise and coordinate field personnel and subcontractors to meet safety and schedule goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources to support efficient project execution.
• Monitor productivity and project progress, maintaining profitability and quality.
• Support development and review of as-built documentation, turnover packages, and commissioning activities.
