Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field execution on hyperscale data center projects. You will supervise Superintendents and field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules.

Role requires coordinating resources, partnering with project teams, and driving continuous improvement across large-scale operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and 5–7 years of relevant construction experience.
• Fully qualified construction professional with demonstrated field leadership experience.
• Experience supervising Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Experience managing large-scale construction operations within mission-critical infrastructure environments.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% and support long-term onsite project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities across mission-critical and hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Supervise and assign Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Ensure safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications are met.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources for efficient execution.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and profitability against project goals.
• Support project teams in achieving schedule, quality, safety, and profitability objectives.
