Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data center and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and stakeholder relationships to deliver projects safely and on schedule. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field with 5+ years of project management experience in

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management or construction experience in large-scale environments.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Proficiency with project controls and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of data center and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, contracts, change orders, and financial performance.
• Coordinate activities among customers, subcontractors, suppliers, field ops, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Support preconstruction, procurement strategies, and execution planning.
• Identify risks, schedule impacts, constructability concerns, and develop practical solutions.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals are met.
