Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field operations on hyperscale data center projects. You will direct Superintendents, General Foremen, and field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role requires 5-7 years of construction experience, OSHA 30, and ability to travel up to 75%. You will partner with project managers and procurement to optimize schedules and resources across North America.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Experience supervising large field operations with multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Strong scheduling, workforce planning, and subcontractor management.
• Proficient with Procore or similar construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities across mission-critical and hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Supervise and assign field personnel and subcontractors according to project needs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources for efficient execution.
• Monitor productivity and project metrics to meet goals for schedule, cost, and quality.
• Support project teams with planning, reviews, and turnover documentation.
