Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Senior General Superintendent in Los Angeles, CA, to manage all field operations for large construction projects. You will direct trade contractors, ensure high-quality work, and maintain safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and relevant certifications.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $170,000 to $250,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience on $50 million-$100+ million construction projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• STS-C Certification, First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.

Responsibilities

• Manage all field operations on one or more large projects.
• Direct and coordinate trade contractors to ensure high-quality work.
• Lead site walks and maintain thorough understanding of contract documents.
• Act as primary safety representative in the field.
