This role offers a salary range between $145,000 and $260,000, emphasizing employee development through training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience on $50 million - $100 million commercial/industrial construction projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• STS-C Certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates trade contractors to ensure high-quality work.
• Supervises and develops the project team.
• Acts as primary safety representative in the field.
