Job summary

Doyon Management Services (DMS) seeks a Construction Superintendent to coordinate site activities and supervise field personnel. You will ensure project completion on schedule and within budget, uphold safety and quality standards, and manage daily site operations from NTP to turnover.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating with the project manager. Travel to other project locations is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of construction experience as a working Superintendent.
• Experience with USACE and/or NAVFAC projects.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Primavera.
• Ability to perform minor carpentry, drywall, cleaning, demolition.
• Skilled in project estimation.
• 30-hour OSHA Safety Certification within last 5 years.
• First Aid CPR & AED Training within last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct field personnel to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Maintain daily communication with the project manager.
• Develop and update construction schedules.
• Keep accurate as-built drawings and timely RFIs.
• Review change orders and schedules of values with subs.
• Procure materials for self-perform work and schedule inspections.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards on site.
• Travel to other project locations as needed.
