Job summary

Vertex is seeking a Field Communication Engagement Senior Manager to develop and execute clear communication plans for field teams and key stakeholders. The role supports field sales leaders, drives engagement, and reinforces collaboration across the field organization to accelerate pipeline launches.

The position requires strong analytical skills, proven cross-functional collaboration, and experience in pharma/biotech field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, field leadership, or commercial operations within pharma/biotech.
• Strong background in internal communications and field engagement.
• Experience with brand strategy, pipeline product strategy, and launch planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field communication plans that inform, engage, and activate field teams and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimize communications through field observations and performance analysis.
• Partner with marketing, training, and internal comms to improve content utilization for field teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance field effectiveness and support pipeline launches.
• Analyze readership and metrics to refine communications and drive impact.
