The role reports to the VP of Strategic Customer Engagement and drives engagement, supports pipeline launches, and enhances field collaboration across kidney-focused teams.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, field leadership, commercial operations, management consulting, or program management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience with brand strategy, pipeline product strategy, and launch planning preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-impact communication plans to support field business goals.
• Identify opportunities for communication optimization through field observations and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain internal channels (intranet, SharePoint, Teams).
• Plan, write, and post content for applicable communication channels.
• Analyze readership and adjust strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance field effectiveness and support pipeline launches.
