Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated is seeking a Field Communication Engagement Senior Manager to craft and execute communication plans for the kidney field, engaging field teams and stakeholders. You will support pipeline launches and collaboration across teams, driving field engagement and performance improvements in a hybrid/onsite role.

The position requires 5+ years in marketing or commercial ops within pharma/biotech, strong analytics, and exceptional communication skills.

• Proven experience in sales operations, field effectiveness, or a related role, preferably within pharma or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clear, comprehensive communication plans for field teams and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimize field communication through regular field observations and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, training, and internal comms to share field insights and improve content utilization.
• Plan, write, and post content for internal channels (intranet, SharePoint, Teams).
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance field effectiveness and support pipeline launches.
• Analyze readership and adjust content strategy based on data and feedback.
