Vertex is seeking an experienced Director to lead the US Commercial Field Technology / CRM team. The role sets strategy and leads execution for CRM and field technology enablement, ensuring scalable solutions that drive engagement, productivity and informed decision-making.

The leader will shape integrated technology and data solutions across the field and report to the Senior Director, Customer Data & Field Technology in Commercial Operations & Insights Analytics.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in life sciences.
• 8+ years direct experience managing Veeva CRM.
• 8+ years of technology-related project management experience.
• 5+ years managing a team of 3+ direct reports.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leadership to lead CRM initiatives, processes, and new ways of working.
• Advise on best-in-class CRM model, processes, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure CRM supports unique business needs and delivers value.
• Define and lead a comprehensive US Commercial CRM strategy and roadmap.
• Develop a sustainable prioritization model for CRM initiatives across Business Units.
• Oversee end-to-end CRM lifecycle and integrations for optimized field engagement.
• Lead CRM migration in collaboration with IT (DTE) and ensure change management.
