• Advanced field property claim investigation and evaluation experience.
• Ability to travel on short notice for field work and CAT responses.
• Strong negotiation and settlement decision-making within authority.
• Educate claimants and stakeholders to ensure clarity and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage field property claims, including CAT responses.
• Lead thorough investigations and assess coverage with documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external experts; support subrogation when applicable.
• Maintain detailed claim records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior adjusters and contribute to training and best practices.
