Job summary

BenQ North America seeks a seasoned field AV specialist to drive demonstrations, training, and technical documentation across B2B channels. You will collaborate with product managers, marketing, and field sales to meet monthly goals, including bid responses and proofs of concept demos.

The role involves on-site troubleshooting, AV/IT integration, firmware updates, and creating technical guides for resellers. Travel up to 50% is required across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field site Audio, Video, or Education applications experience.
• Knowledge of interactive flat panels, projectors, and digital signage preferred.
• IT knowledge: TCP/IP networking fundamentals, including IP-connected devices.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of BenQ’s B2B product lines.
• Effectively demonstrate product features to customers, in person and remotely.
• Provide expert product training to channel partners.
• Pre-sales support and bid specification assistance.
• Post-Sales Technical Support and documentation creation.
