Job summary

BenQ North America is seeking a dynamic pre-sales professional to join our Plano, TX office. You will work with product management, marketing, and field sales to demonstrate BenQ’s display solutions and train channel partners, focusing primarily on pre-sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field AV/education applications, strong communication skills, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. Travel ~50% and a collaborative, sales-driven environment await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field site Audio, Video, or Education applications experience.
• Knowledge of interactive flat panels, projectors, and digital signage preferred.
• IT knowledge: TCP/IP networking fundamentals, including IP-connected devices, BYOD, video casting, Chromebook, Android.
• Experienced and proficient in MS Office suite and Google Chrome.
• Strong demonstration, presentation, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of BenQ’s B2B product lines.
• Demonstrate product features to customers in person and remotely.
• Provide expert product training to channel partners.
• Arrange pre-sale demonstrations with the sales team.
• Provide weekly reports on pre-sales activity and metrics.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team and customers.
• Travel as required to client sites and events.
