Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years in commercial analytics, field analytics, or related functions in pharma/healthcare.
- Strong proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL) and industry software.
- Experience translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead field reporting and dashboard solutions across national, regional, and territory levels.
- Partner with commercial leadership to translate business questions into insights.
- Develop KPI dashboards and support field analytics and reporting.
- Influence cross-functional teams to drive commercial outcomes.
