Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Reporting & Analytics to partner with the field organization and the commercial leadership team.

You will lead field reporting, dashboard solutions, and sub-national analytics across national, regional, territory, and account levels. You will translate complex questions into actionable insights, design and deploy KPI dashboards, and collaborate with Data Management and IT to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/field analytics in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SQL; experience with Veeva CRM.
• Experience translating analyses into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Experience with pharmaceutical commercial data (claims, prescriptions, CRM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own field KPIs and leadership dashboards to show performance and growth opportunities.
• Lead field dashboard design, development, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.
• Define requirements with field teams and translate questions into insights.
• Collaborate with Data Management and IT to ensure data integration and quality.
• Monitor dashboard usage and impact to drive enhancements; provide training.
• Lead sub-national analytics and ad hoc analyses to identify drivers and trends.
• Support field account planning with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Manage multiple initiatives and external analytics partners as needed.
