Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Reporting & Analytics to partner with the field organization and commercial leadership. You will own field KPIs, dashboards, and analytics at national, regional, and territory levels to drive business decisions.

You’ll lead sub-national analytics, support field planning with data-driven insights, and manage multiple initiatives with internal teams and external partners. Strong BI and pharma data experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in commercial analytics or related function.
• Experience with BI tools and pharma data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own field KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Lead field dashboard development, deployment, and improvement.
• Define requirements with field teams and translate needs into insights.
• Ensure reliable data integration and timely delivery with IT/partners.
• Monitor dashboard usage and drive enhancements based on feedback.
• Deliver training and support to increase adoption.
