Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Reporting & Analytics to partner with the field organization and the commercial leadership team.

You will lead field reporting, dashboard solutions, and sub-national analytics across national, regional, territory, and account levels. You will translate complex questions into actionable insights, design and deploy KPI dashboards, and collaborate with Data Management and IT to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/field analytics in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SQL; experience with Veeva CRM.
• Experience translating analyses into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Experience with pharmaceutical commercial data (claims, prescriptions, CRM, etc.).

Responsibilities

Reporting to: Executive Director of Analytics, Insights, Customer Operations

About This Role

The Sr. Manager, Field Reporting & Analytics serves as an analytics partner to the field organization and the commercial leadership team. This role will lead field reporting, dashboard solutions, and sub-national analytics that support business decision-making across national, regional, territory, account, and customer levels. This individual will translate complex business questions into actionable insights and dashboard reporting analytics. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable working directly with complex data sets and partnering with internal partners to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and improve commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Field Reporting & Dashboard Solutions
• Own field KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting solutions to provide leadership with visibility into business performance and growth opportunities.
• Lead field dashboard capabilities, including design, development, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Partner with field teams to define business requirements, prioritize reporting needs, and translate business questions into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Data Management, IT, and external vendors to ensure reliable data integration, solution quality, and timely delivery.
• Monitor dashboard utilization, performance, user feedback, and business impact to drive continuous enhancements.
• Deliver training and support to increase adoption and effective use of reporting solutions across field teams.

Field Analytics

• Lead sub-national analytics and ad hoc analyses to identify business drivers, opportunities, and performance trends.
• Support field account planning through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Conduct analyses related to field strategy, customer engagement, territory performance, and commercial execution.
• Serve as a hands-on analytical leader by analyzing, integrating, and interpreting complex commercial datasets using analytical tools and business intelligence platforms.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and oversee external analytics partners when appropriate.

Who You Are

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, field analytics, sales analytics, commercial operations, or a related function within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare organizations.
• Strong proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Experience with Veeva CRM, alignment management software, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Demonstrated experience supporting field analytics and reporting, including dashboards, KPI development, field performance measurement, and commercial insight generation.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical commercial data, including claims, prescription, patient-level, account, distributor, specialty pharmacy, CRM, activity, and third-party datasets.
• Experience translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000. Compensation is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
