Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Field Sales Executive to manage high-value accounts across Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. This permanent remote role includes travel within the mid-Atlantic and beyond, with broad authority to negotiate terms and drive significant growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal sales experience with a proven track record selling to law firm stakeholders.
• Strong strategic sales planning and complex negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead accounts, analyze sales data, and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key and high-value accounts.
• Negotiate complex deals with significant terms and conditions.
• Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies for large accounts.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales planning.
• Understand and address the unique challenges and needs of major accounts.
• May lead a small team or project within the sales department.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvement.
