Job summary

Davalyn Corporation in the United States is seeking a Service Manager to lead field service for our fiber laser cutting equipment and related metal fabrication systems.

You will diagnose complex problems, coordinate field resources, provide training and ongoing technical support, and travel regularly to customer facilities nationwide.

This role offers a base salary with a performance-based annual bonus and relocation assistance to support the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fiber laser experience required.
• Strong technical understanding of fiber laser cutting systems; machine operation, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for field service activities across the U.S.
• Diagnose equipment problems and minimize customer downtime using fiber laser knowledge.
• Organize field resources and prioritise service needs for startups, repairs and training.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and service personnel on mechanical, electrical, or controls issues.
