Job summary

IES Communications, LLC is seeking a General Superintendent to lead a large, complex project on site, with travel as required. You will ensure safety, quality, and financial performance while delivering work in accordance with company standards and customer expectations.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, mentor teams, serve as the main liaison with the customer, manage profitability, deadlines, and budget, oversee workload and job installation progress, and complete all project

Qualifications

• Traveling required.
• Proficient in IESOS, daily planning, fiber/cabling standards, terminations, and bare fiber.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote and discharge project staff as needed.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to meet customer and company goals.
• Act as senior liaison for operational interface with customer representatives.
• Plan, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Ensure deadlines are met per customer requirements.
• Manage workload distribution, staffing levels and progress of installation.
• Review job cost postings, invoices, collections and financial reporting.
• Complete all IES and project paperwork accurately and on time.
