Job summary

ENGICON CM is seeking a seasoned FF&E Project Manager in Los Angeles to lead furniture, fixtures, and equipment for campus projects. You will drive budgeting, procurement, and scheduling, coordinating with CPD, A/E, and BUGs to ensure successful, on-time occupancy.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and vendor management skills, with experience in swing-space moves and IT equipment coordination. A hybrid or on-site approach may apply depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Construction/PM, Planning or Facilities Management.
• 7–10 years of project management/coordination experience in Move/Relocation or FF&E.
• Ability to read architectural and furniture drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage FF&E for new, renovated and swing-space projects including budgeting, procurement, scheduling, installation, and post-move closeout.
• Coordinate with CPD, A/E, and BUG teams to define project scope, budget, schedule and FF&E requirements.
• Oversee swing-space planning, space removal, and asset tagging with the Asset Management Team.
• Coordinate IT equipment budgeting, procurement, and installation with the Technology PM.
• Attend weekly meetings with project team to ensure accurate FF&E specs and furniture layouts.
