Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the East-Coast pre-sales team focusing on Enterprise FedRAMP cloud infrastructure. You will own the technical strategy, design evaluations, and lead tailored demonstrations, earning trust with engineers and executives across multiple environments.

In this senior role, you will deploy, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot during evaluations, collaborating with product and engineering teams to move opportunities toward a technical close

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration experience.
• Strong observability knowledge: logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demos, and POC processes.
• Credible with engineers, DevOps, SRE, and security teams; able to translate tech value to business impact.
• Cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure experience.
• Coding or scripting in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases.
• Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation.
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to capture field feedback and improve win rate.
