Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to join our East-Coast pre-sales team. This fully remote role targets Enterprise FedRal Cloud Infrastructure clients, partnering with Account Executives to drive technical discovery, evaluations, and tailored demonstrations.

You will deploy, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate Coralogix across customer environments while communicating value to engineers and executives, moving opportunities toward a technical close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, etc.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, pain points, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations linking Coralogix to customer use cases.
• Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope to validation.
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Work with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, apps, and security use cases.
• Explain Coralogix’s architecture, differentiation, and value to tech and exec audiences.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and guide customers to a technical close.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to relay field feedback.
