Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to join our East‑Coast pre‑sales team, focusing on Enterprise FedRAMP Cloud Infrastructure clients. This is a fully remote role for US‑based candidates in the EST/EDT window.

You will own the technical strategy, run evaluations, design demos, and guide customers from proof of concept to technical close, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Success. Expect hands‑on collaboration across logs, metrics, traces, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Strong hands-on ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Deep observability knowledge across logs, metrics, traces, and APM.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, demos, and proofs-of-concept.
• Ability to converse credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real use cases.
• Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation.
• Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to incorporate field feedback.
