Job summary

Coralogix, inc. is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to join our East-Coast pre-sales team, focusing on enterprise FedRAMP cloud infrastructure clients.

This senior role partners with Account Executives to run technical discovery, design solutions, and validate Coralogix in customers’ environments. You will be the technical owner during evaluations, deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, and validating the platform across environments while communicating value to engineers and executives

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Hands-on ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Strong observability knowledge including logs, metrics, traces and dashboards.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, demos, and POCs.
• Comfort speaking with engineers and executives alike.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across architecture, telemetry sources, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations linking Coralogix to customer use cases.
• Manage evaluations and POCs from scope through validation.
• Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Engage with logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, and cloud environments across teams.
