Job summary

ClickHouse in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer, Federal, to serve federal agencies and their contractors. This remote U.S.

Persons-only role focuses on delivering deep technical support for ClickHouse Open-Source and Cloud in government environments. You will triage cases, guide secure deployment, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Person status required and verified during interview.
• Experience with federal IT environments (FedRAMP, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Background in OSS/open-source technologies and data pipelines.
• Experience supporting government public-sector customers in technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical support contact for U.S. federal and public-sector customers across channels.
• Develop solutions using ClickHouse Cloud and Open-Source ClickHouse; document them for gov deployments.
• Guide deployment, configuration, troubleshooting in government environments incl. AWS GovCloud.
• Collaborate with Security/Compliance, Product, Eng, GTM to represent federal needs.
• Support federal POCs, security questionnaires, and ATO-adjacent evaluations with security teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service as a technical engineer within required SLAs.
• Build trusted relationships with government program stakeholders and integrators.
