Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global Support Engineering team. This customer-facing role involves assisting users via cases, chat, Slack, community, and video meetings, triaging tickets, and supporting pre- and post-sales activities while partnering with Go To Market and Product teams.

You will deliver excellent customer service, build strong relationships, and mentor colleagues in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud.
• Experience with SQL databases and OLAP systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native SaaS and distributed architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work in a global, remote-first environment and coordinate across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings.
• Develop solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and OSS and share them via documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with Support Services, Engineering, Go to Market, and Product Management to define required functionality.
• Mentor, train, and share knowledge with colleagues and customers.
