Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer, Federal, to serve U.S. public sector customers with deep technical expertise.

You will triage, resolve, and guide secure deployments while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure federal requirements are met. You will act as the primary technical contact across cases, chat, and meetings, working within government programs and secure data-handling constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience in federal IT environments and government compliance is required or highly valued.
• Breadth and depth with ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud is essential.
• Familiarity with OSS and open-source technologies as a user or contributor.
• Experience with data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, or RabbitMQ.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with security-conscious customers.
• Proven ability to work in teams and handle sensitive data with care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for US federal/public-sector customers across channels.
• Develop solutions leveraging ClickHouse Cloud and Open-Source deployments.
• Guide deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting in government environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM to reflect federal needs in roadmaps.
• Support federal POC activities, security questionnaires, and ATO-adjacent evaluations.
