Job summary

Qualys is seeking a Technical Account Manager for US Federal customers. You will drive post-sales activities, articulate our technology to technical and leadership audiences, and maintain executive relationships across accounts.

The role requires strong security knowledge and the ability to present complex technical solutions to diverse stakeholders. This position spans central, mountain, and pacific time zones with travel across the territory; ideal candidates have 5–7 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in technical security space: security assessment, configuration auditing, network security, IOC, DAST, endpoint security, IaaS security.
• Familiarity with Federal compliance: FedRAMP, STIGs, FIPS is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to respond to RFIs/RFPs professionally.
• Willing to travel throughout the sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts.

• Convey customer requirements to Product, Marketing and Engineering teams.
• Deliver high-level and detailed technical sales presentations.
