Job summary

QualX LLC is seeking an experienced records management professional to oversee OSW records from creation to disposal, ensuring compliance with the Federal Records Act and NARA guidelines. The role supports program planning, metadata handling, and disposition workflows within federal repositories.

Ideal candidates have a Top Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree in information management, and 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in records management or similar functions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage OSW records content through its life-cycle from creation to disposal.
• Support ingestion, maintenance, and disposition of records in electronic repositories.
• Validate metadata accuracy and assist with government-approved dispositions.
