Ladders is seeking a Public Sector Account Executive - Civilian to drive federal civilian growth from a remote position. You will own new business development, pipeline creation, and deal execution with security/software solutions.

Success depends on navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups, building trusted relationships, and consistently converting opportunities into revenue. This role is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years selling complex tech to federal agencies.
• 5+ years closing SaaS/Security/DevOps deals.
• 5+ years with federal health programs (HHS/VA/DHA).
• Experience with MEDDPICC or disciplined sales processes.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build and manage pipeline within federal accounts.
• Lead deal strategy using MEDDPICC.
• Articulate security/software value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SE and Customer Engineering teams.
• Forecast pipeline and exceed revenue targets.
